Perpetual "processing", no "refund" option

I only decided to go with this website after quickly seeing that they're supposed to be really good & they sold the same item I wanted cheaper after shipping and taxes and all than every other website just at their base price before taxes and shipping are added on.

But just like a problem I had with another company a couple of years ago, I'm going through the same thing of ordering, having my money immediately taken and then an item perpetually processing with no other option than to wait. No people to get in touch with, no option on the entire website to refund.

They say this apparently means that it's in the final stages of processing before shipping yet it hasn't changed or had a refund option since the literal second after I placed the order. There was never a refund option on the website to begin with.

The only thing you can get in touch with is a chatbot that gives you the usual sob story of how they're just behind and they'll get it to you as soon as possible. I've seen and heard all this before from other websites and should have known better than to try another one of these third-party companies again. Live and learn I guess.

I Then scour the internet finding out over the past couple of years most people are dealing with this same situation. Some people have never received their items even a year later. Some people get them a month or two later. Some people don't even get the right items.

If you're lucky you get the right item but it's damaged. And it sounds as if when that happens you try to return something and they say you did something to it and they won't refund it or send it back so you get no items or your money back. This company is a straight scam.

It's not worth saving a few dollars to go through this. Order from a reputable company or directly from the product's manufacturer.

Even Amazon with all its problems gives you detailed information on every little thing from when your order has been taken to when it's processed to when it's being prepared to ship to when it's been shipped to when its out for delivery to your address.

This company doesn't give you any of this information so you're just sitting on your hands while they have your money.

Just spend the extra money elsewhere to get the proper items in a prompt manner instead of trying to save a buck or two here when you're probably not going to get your items anyway. Lesson learned, never again.

Absolutely diabolical and shambolic service from the security team that deals with refunds, they disregard your email completely and dont answer your question so they are completely unhelpful, on top of that blunt and cold responses. They need further training on how to talk to customers. The actual customer service team were friendly and helpful but the security team should go back on probation.

i dont know why i havent received anything not a tracking number nor nothing of my order it isnt okay that i pay $300 for a bag that said i was going to get it less than a week and the order is still being processed?? so crazy still shows that my order is being processed.

The worst customer service experience Ive ever experienced. You cannot get a real person to resolve your issue. All they have are bots. Ive got neither the item nor my refund.
